S2 EP2 Hmm, a very complicated episode. The constant swapping between reality and the persons delusions meant that it took a few seconds to realise what was what. It reminded me of a film, but I can't for the life of me remember its name. Interesting the major pretending to be a prostitute...

S2 EP1, I really like the first episode, the way the Major hosts the briefing in her mind is an interesting take, a reference to the Manga. The "camera" work in the episode is stellar. The panning and changing dof is very well done and adds to the feeling that it could be shot as a live action...

Well If people want to wait a little it's ok. It is luck I can watch during my lunch break at work :) I like the Idea of these group viewings, like a book club. The only issue is that a series of Anime is usually more than a book!

I'd recommend Planetes to anyone who likes hard sci fi. Great series.

EP24, I find this episode quite sad, the govenment turns on section 9 and they are forced to go on the run. The sad part is seing them being taken down one by one.

Ep23 Typing on phone will add more. Good episode finally the pieces begin to fall into place. The history between the laughing man and sereno is interesting. Impressive hacking skills by the major too. The revelation of the kingpin in the conspiracy shows how far up the corruption goes.

EP22 Another good one, Aramaki is trapped and almost framed, and the Major almost killed. The Major also meets the Laughing Man "face to face". The episode also uses one of my favourite tracks flashback memory plug, which I use as my ringtone on my phone :)

I agree Ep10 is great.
