Welcome to the forums, have fun and post lots. If you have any questions about manga or anime you can ask me but don't expect me to answer everything. Welcome again.
Welcome, I would be glad to help you with anything. I wouldn't say I'm new to manga and anime but I have been watching and reading them for a while now.
There was a Spring and Summer OVA made of Negima (I don't know which one though) it was shown to a private audience in Japan in 2006 and realeased to the public on DVD October (Spring) and November (Summer) 2006 in Japan. I don't know about it coming out in America though.
I'm all for the anime to win but I've seen one of the competition. Shaun the Sheep is actually amazing! I don't know what it is but I love it! Go Shaun!!
Is it the story? The voice actors? The director? Or is it simply the animation?
I'm just curious on what you all think. So what do you think?
I think it's the story, the voice actors may be crap but if the story is good I could bear it and watch it all the way through.
I read that they started a new season but they ran out of money as you said, but the first episode of the new season was episode 25 not the OVA. It says on Wikipedia that when the company got in the money from the episodes they then made the movies and OVA.
I'm starting to watch Negima!? at first I didn't like it that much but now I'm on the 4th episode and my conclusion is that it's alright. It's not as good as the the first but I wouldn't say it was awful.
I pronounce it Neg-e-ma. Sure they pronounce Negi's name, Ne-g-e.
I only watched one episode of Negima!? and I didn't particularly like it. That's just my opinion though, you can watch it if you want.
Love Hina Again is an OVA. So it's quite normal it having only 3 episodes.
I think it would be great if Virgin Media got some anime channels. I'm dying to watch some anime!
Anime is more morally based than our cartoons for example, Fruits Basket, Tohru Honda has taught me many things to help me in life. What has Tom and Jerry taught me? Getting hit on the head with a hammer hurts.
Our toons are aimed to make children happy than actually teach them anything...
