In my experience (in Sweden), they still use Asendia for their faster shipping. It's just that Asendia partners with USPS for the faster shipping instead of SwissPost like they do with the slower shipping.
That restock did happen, it's just that enough people ordered it while it was tagged like that for them to sell those out as well.

The Zavvi variant of Anthem of the Heart is actually still in stock on Zavvi's site, it's just on AL's store that it's marked that way so that you can't try and order it from them.
I haven't personally seen any 1080p BDs with HDR, guess it wasn't widely used due to the lack of HDR TVs at the time. HDR alone is a huge reason for wanting the 4K BDs.
The 4K BDs also have more space (66&100GB being common instead of 25&50 for BD) that let you cram in an even higher quality...
Nice, I'll probably pick up the Japanese release eventually then. I assume that the western release (whenever that comes) will only be on standard BD like Your Name was, don't really want to go for an inferior format when a better one is available for purchase.

True that, I wish the Australian distributors (and some UK ones) would adopt Anime Limited's practice of putting the age rating on the cellophane instead of the box itself.
