Indeed Funi did the dub but... for them or for another company? This tweet from Crunchyroll seem's to indicate that funi did some dubs for them : wich mean that they might not have any rights for thoses serie, maybe Franxx was one of them.

It's exclusive to a french seller (Fnac) so don't expet that anywhere else exept in French speaking countries. The discs are the same between France-UK tho, so if you can import.

I don't think that because AoA release a serie on DVD only prevent others distributors in others countrys to release that serie on Blu-Ray, We've seen that Kazé released Zvesda on Blu-ray while AoA only released-it on DVD, same goes for Magi, AoA re-edited that serie on Blu-ray only recently...
