Can't say I have any issues taking the case in and out of the art box and the grey dots, yes they are a design choice but it was mentioned before they wouldn't be present. However they are and they look like dirt

I don't really see how that's a defence, even them doing it earlier doesn't mean they have more right to mess up lol. They had time to do checks on the art box even if it was finished before the discs etc.
