Yeah that was my main reason for contacting them. Knowing people had received them with their orders still processing, like mine, made me wonder all sorts. Hypothetically, If it was lost in transit and it's a sold out item, then I'd guess it would be difficult to get a replacement just like that?

I was charged on Monday and haven't received mine yet either.

Mine along with a lot of others was charged on Monday, and many have been receiving their orders with still processing online, so it could turn up anytime.
