Yeah I'm glad to hear that. Tbf my Wonder Egg limited edition arrived fine from them a few days ago, and thinking about it the only thing I've had come damaged recently was a collectors game from Amazon.jp, which was packaged in a normal envelope strangely.

Silver Spoon S1 is a great price which I've been considering but Silver Spoon S2 is extremely hard to find. S2 is £20+ from what I've seen.

About Fate, it's a re-release of the dvd only. I was wondering what's going on with it too, but @NormanicGrav told me that they're swapping the fat pack for a thinner one. Also don't know if you're interested in extras, but the trade off of the blu ray is that it comes with no extras instead.
