Right but there are some other distributors who also release stuff on 2+ countries with different languages and they default to Japanese. Not a big deal, just a nice touch.

Right there Dynit in Italy, French distributor is not known (well yes because of leaks but can't tell it), Germany unknown. it's also licensed in the USA, according to the interview.
