I've spent significantly less than I normally would only getting the Nadia and Belladonna of Sadness 4K sets so far.

Picked up the Belladonna 4K set now that the price dropped. May double dip with the US version when that comes out as it isn't using the same disc as the AL release.

Probably production overrun held back for replacements.

Did they actually find a master copy to be able to do this? I thought this wouldn't be possible as the highest quality available was a telecine digibeta.

That's normal. It can be like that a few days before the item gets scanned into the system. With the 48 tracked service AL use they're required to attempt delivery within 48 hours of the items entry scan, because of this it won't be scanned in until the service is able to do so.

EB Redux will probably be the last day now I'd say. Too easy to pop in a redux title to bump up the value for free shipping as people are less likely to have already purchased them.

My Aunt came down over the very stormy weekend and brought the WfM steelbooks I had sent to her address. Looks like there's only one print run of the discs as these have the US market shrink wrap on them with "Discs printed in Mexico" on them.
