When I ordered direct from CR to the UK shipping was $35.99 and that was for 5 items. Plus I managed to put in my UK phone number by playing around with it. Can't quite remember but I think I left out the first zero. It seemed like it when the number is the same length as a US phone number.

I have the LotGH set and it's my pride and joy. I got it as I love LotGH although the newer series is a much more faithful adaption of the novels.
