Hi all, as we've been talking with our distribution partner for orders during our 12 Days of Christmas Sale and I can see a lot of you are quite reasonably querying delivery times, I just wanted to update everyone here in one go.
We've have been told in the last few minutes that as things stand...
Just a quick note on this - our warehouse distributor had some software issues last week which held up shipments (even where the order had been processed and thus marked as fulfilled by us). I'm assured these have now been resolved and they're prioritising getting all of our Christmas orders...
It's inherently less galling to give people a fascinating Ikuhara piece so cheap though. ;) Sure, it's hugely reductive to call it a "fan service" show, but I was okay with having it in there just to give us a chance to put it on offer, and hopefully some folk who have been holding off on it...
Before people get too excited, that's just our event listing from when we sold the book at MCM London Comic Con, that I imagine just snuck its way onto the online store in a fat-fingered frenzy on our side. We use the same basic system for both our online store and major events, but something...
We're still waiting for the posters to arrive with us due to a delay in printing - we're expecting them to arrive next week as their current ETA, at which point we'll be looking to get them shipped out as soon as possible.
Apologies for the delay!
All of the terms and conditions, and any restrictions, are all listed up in full on our 12 Days of Christmas sales page. :)
And we won't be changing the timing of sales this year, but we'll certainly be keeping an eye on every element of the sale as always for future reference and refinement!
As Anime Limited is manned by humans (allegedly ;) ), we also have our own staff to consider here - the previous 9AM start time meant very early starts for the duration of the sales as there's a lot of back-end preparation that goes into each day of the sale, and similarly switching to 8PM would...
Unfortunately we'll be shifting this one to late January (and you'll see retailer and our own shop dates change to reflect that shortly) so it's now on the cards for early 2019.
On the positive side, the reason for this is that we have some fantastic and comprehensive content that we're looking...
Yes, it is. The stock allocation sold through quickly enough that it was gone before we had time to put out the usual "low stock" announcement. Thus, all units are "in the wild" and allocated to retailers, and once any given retailer has sold out of their allocation there's no further stock...
Well, Gundam Thunderbolt is a different product to the Gundam Movie Trilogy, so that's probably the kind of assumption that is best avoided!
We're typically pretty clear in making it known when titles do get a smaller print run (see: Love Live! Sunshine!! Season 1), so if you want to make an...
I'm not sure where you've gotten that information from, but I can tell you that it's entirely false.
The Gundam Thunderbolt: December Sky Collector's Edition has enjoyed our standard print run.
We're actually using a different authoring house entirely for Amanchu - we've put a lot of work into QC on this one and personally I'm very happy with it!
