Our Mirai SRP on retails is a placeholder until we can confirm the exact contents of our release - we'd rather set it higher than usual and then drop it to standard pricing if we aren't able to or want to do anything out of the ordinary.

Removed that erroneous statement - just checked on it at our end, and the English dub for Kick-Heart wasn't available to us for the home video release. Strictly speaking it was Kickstarter-exclusive, although it sounds like they managed to get hold of it for that TV broadcast.

Apologies that I came across as rude, but I'm just trying to point out that we're rarely just sat on a license for no reason. For example, we can't release a title without video materials; we can't make a Collector's Edition without additional assets; we can't release anything without approvals...

That would be a gross oversimplification of how things work, honestly - it's not as simple as "license anime, press button, release anime" (although if only it were!) There are a whole wealth of other considerations and reasons why titles take time to be produced and released, even when those...

Just to update folks, PayPal Express Checkout is now available on our online store again - thanks for your patience folks, but we should be done tinkering for now so normal service is resumed!

Nope, mystery boxes are being handled externally too - the prospect of packing up over 1,000 mystery boxes ourselves was shot down pretty quickly in the office, for obvious reasons! ;)

We're using a different distributor, so it'll be packaged differently - I can't tell you exactly how, and it'll vary depending on the order and items enclosed.
