That's a very different situation in all kinds of ways.
I feel like I should also point out that we've hit our release dates for the vast, vast majority of titles this year, and those we've missed have typically only been by a week or so to make allowances for getting stock to retailers in good...
Put simply, it comes down to the fact that producing Collector's Edition products is hard.
Yes, we only announce products - and certainly products with release dates or windows - when we're confident that we have a product "locked in" and a timeframe we can hit, but there are still a lot of...
We're just waiting for ticket sales to go live on the Filmhouse web site now - we'll be sure to let people know as soon as they do. We're as keen to announce our Edinburgh line-up as you are, so hopefully we'll be able to spill the beans soon!
Worth noting that it looks like the previously posted screenshots in this thread have significant colour and potential other issues introduced by VLC. I'm dashing into meetings right now, but here's one quick shot taken directly from our Blu-ray for comparison...
The remaining pre-orders of Kiznaiver should be dispatched today, all being well - we simply weren't able to get them all out of the door in one day logistically, sorry!
We didn't want to announce anything until we had the physical prizes in our hands, but we offered them up as soon as we could and managed to squeak in just before the end of our Early Bird run. And don't lose any sleep over it, it's selling just fine. ;)
Just as a note here, Kiznaiver hasn't shipped yet, that was a SNAFU on our part - sorry!
Aoharu x Machinegun has indeed shipped out to all who pre-ordered however. :D
Honestly, it would be a logistical nightmare (and a time-consuming one at that) - needless to say we keep close track of stock of all of our titles across retail internally, but creating a system to reflect that outwardly would be a vast undertaking.
For now, the best we can do is continue to...
I should point out here and now that those numbers won't be representative of actual stock available - these are only the numbers based on what we've input into the store (usually when the title is initially put on sale), which is almost 100% certainly not reflective of overall stock available...
Again, this is simply down to the materials we received, the character profiles in the booklet were the only ones we were given access to. Needless to say we'll see what we can get access to when the release of Season 2 rolls around, we'd definitely like to round that side of things off if we can!
Comedy answer: "We cut another worthless object" ;)
Genuine answer:
We included all of the materials available to us in the booklet; for whatever reason that didn't include any of the character art for Goemon.
Honestly, we tried to create some good GIFs to show it up but nothing we tried was really doing it justice on camera. But yes, the rigid case does have foiling and spot UV, so it looks great! :)
