Not sure if this has been asked before but is there any chance of Banner of the Stars getting a UK release?

I think motivation plays a big part too. For most sites, so long as American users are catered for they don't see the need to bother themselves unduly with international viewers. In any case Funimation have put in that extra effort for us living in the UK, so they'll be getting most of my money...

Why is it precisely that Funimation can make their entire video catalogue available to UK viewers while other distro's / Anime streaming sites can't?
