I think you might struggle to get a blu-ray in a 3.5” drive. I kid, but I also wouldn’t want anybody buying a 3.5” drive enclosure instead of a 5.25” by mistake.

Possibly also worth mentioning you can use a PC blu-ray drive and Leawo player to play blu-rays from all regions while bypassing the limited number of region changes a drive will usually allow. Not sure how many people have disc drives (or even drive bays) in their PCs any more though.
