Great news, BECK is one of my favourite sleepers of recent years.

Just watched the first ep of the little-known Bartender. I'm rather impressed by its style and charm - certainly one I'll looking to see more of.

I'm a bit disappointed, but I can sort of see why - Genshiken's humour can be a bit hit-and-miss if you're not familiar with the ins and outs of Japanese otaku culture. Still, I hope it gets a release some time in the future - the very fact it was considered shows that the possibility is there.

Been playing the C&C 3 demo. It's pretty good, if horribly limited (you only get to play one side, one skirmish map and story map) and runs surprisingly well even on my aging system - as opposed to Supreme Commander, which doesn't run at all. Might have to pick it up at some point.
