Bottom two Discotek releases were from Rarewaves in the UK and a decent price too. They also have the second Yowamushi Pedal series on DVD for less than £5.

I’ve found most library groups have it somewhere in their system even if it’s not in your local one. I’ve read a bunch of stuff this way, it definitely saved me a bunch of cash in the past.
