I can confirm that the contract form is not broken. They replied to my message this morning and they're sending out another poster. I don't think it was human error but a glitch on the system. The order slip that was in my package only mentioned one poster along with 2 copies of Blue Giant...

Same happened with me. I ordered one for my friend. I used the contact form on the website but haven't heard anything back yet, not even an email to confirm the message was received. I'll probably try emailing them tomorrow.
