What did you RECEIVE today? PHOTOS EDITION!

Several PS5 games I picked up yesterday - Easter/Spring deals are definitely in full swing! Cyber Punk 2077 Ultimate Edition (PS5) from The Game Collection and I received Ghost of Tsushima: Director's Cut (PS5) and Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection (PS5) from Smyths. Also arriving...

It's a quirk of their system, unfortunately.

Now that they've all been used, it's safe to say it now. The code was BASKET. I literally googled "6-letter Easter words" and tried them all, haha.

There's nothing I really want right now from the sale, so I'll let someone else use it.

That's what I recall. Also, set 6 is the last of the good quality sets in terms of video transfer. Set 7 onwards is where the quality starts to get a bit iffy. There were rumours Anime Limited may have a look at these sets in terms of video quality, but no official word yet.

The Gaming News Thread (for news that doesn't need a thread)

I decided to secure a pre-order for the Nintendo Switch 2. What we know the machine is capable of so far makes it worth it for me, I was pleasantly surprised with the fact it supports 4K resolution when docked, and also has HDR and VRR capabilities, as well as support for 120hz in handheld mode...

That's rather annoying. I feel like we've gone back in time in regards to attitudes toward censorship - at least in this instance it's "only" a couple of subtitles/audio being changed, rather than whole scenes being removed or altered; it's still not great though. If it is the author/artist's...

Yeah, the Log Horizon releases are pretty steep at £40-£45 per season for a standard release. If you're okay with used - CEX has both S2 parts for a combined cost of £7+£5.9 postage. MVM's season 1 is a little harder to find on the second hand market, granted. It's still great to see them...

Certainly an interesting picture to choose to advertise a series/release. I can't imagine many children have liked a page for a small, British anime distributor on Facebook, and if they have, they've likely seen worse than a still-image of 'cartoon' blood and a decapitated head. But perhaps I...

The issue for me is that most of Anime Limited's collector editions seem to be very "copy and paste" these days (i.e., chipboard box, amaray case, art cards + poster/booklet). I understand that what they can put out is largely directed by the licensor, but some of AL's older releases look much...
