This year I've only purchased the Naruto and BLEACH/TYBW sets - I have made a pre-order for Perfect Blue 4K, but aside from that it's only been Naruto and Bleach for me.
I'm hoping we get release dates for the Hosoda 4K collection soon (TGWLTT, Summer Wars, Wolf Children).
Eureka are adding a couple more Kiyoshi Kurosawa films to their Masters of Cinema Series, with Cloud (1999) and Charisma (2024) coming together under one release.

If they use VIZ's discs for Shippuden, then I may skip it (he says now, before seeing the shiny packaging!). I have some of the US sets and the upscale is less than ideal, in my opinion (albeit I'm no expert).

Agreed. If there are films that deserve 4K upgrades/restorations, then one of them is for sure Satoshi Kon's Perfect Blue. I would argue one of the greatest animated films ever.

Perfect Blue 4K CE looks like such a nice set and at a very reasonable price for what you're getting: 4K disc, Blu-ray disc, and a third disc containing a 117-minute Satoshi Kon lecture discussing the film in-depth + the 132 page book + art cards/poster.
That's a must-buy for me.
