As Lucky_Deity said, this was from a brief period when Crunchyroll UK abandoned slipcovers. As to the bolded, that won't work. Your UK set is in the typical thicker UK case, and the US version is in the thinner case that Crunchyroll US uses for 2-disc sets so the slip won't fit on the UK case...
