Most of the titles on that list can be bought in good condition from CEX. If they are sold out I'd rather buy a good uses copy that blow a load of cash importing.

Id presume they have enough story to cover the 6 films hopefully it won't feel too stretched.

I suspect the 6 films will be edited into a series after they air in Japan. Similar to Space Battleship Yamato 2022. Each film is around an hour so easy enough to get another 12 episodes.

Manga should pick up Hinamatsuri, they probably won't though

Is is worth the extra expense? I have a 4K TV and don't notice it that much for animation.

Though this is true, it probably only counts for a small section of the market. It needs to be standard from release. I still don't see huge benefits of 4K for anime aside from the odd film or rescan. No the same jump that blu ray provided anyway.
