Yes, I am here playing forum catch-up.
No news just yet, but we are very aware of the US release schedule and so we're putting our plans into motion as quickly as possible. Can't give you any more details on what our set might contain but we're definitely keen on bringing it to UK folks as soon...
More often than not, the DCP isn't hard subtitled, so subtitles are generated by the playback setup in-cinema, and thus quite a lot of choices around placement, font, outlines etc is entirely out of our control.
In most cases, it's simply down to available materials - if there isn't enough available that would make for a feasible Collector's Edition release, then we'll switch to just a Standard Edition. If we can do a Collector's set we will in almost all instances.
This is a Standard Edition only...
We get contact form enquiries okay every day on the site so the system is working as a whole - I do think automated responses are an issue there (which is one for my list of things to get checked), but I do worry that there's something causing specific messages to go AWOL, so if anyone does have...
With all due respect, this is a simple shipping error during product picking and fulfilment, so it's a little early to be planning a call to trading standards. ;) This'll be resolved today for the couple of folks who are short a poster, and I'll look into why this error occurred.

We've never had any reports of this issue that I'm aware of - this sounds more likely to be some kind of specific player incompatibility issue. As it's also a master provided to us by Sentai based off their US release, the disc contents and menus are the same as that edition.
Unfortunately this one is no longer on our slate, as it wasn't something we were ultimately able to bring to fruition on home video - a real shame we know, and an unusual case, but these things happen from time to time.
After a daring, Mission Impossible-style high-wire raid into our production department, I managed to sneak in and assign myself as the product manager for Project A-KO (I'm only half-joking; I am handling this one but it didn't require any high-wire antics). So that's currently in progress and...
Yes. 😅
I feel like we've been teasing things for a while (and there is always Gundam news on the horizon), but we are still working on things here so hopefully we'll be able to share something soon).
