The French Collector's Edition will be OVA+Movie and the Standard edition will be Movie only. The UK release will likely follow the same format. This release includes Manga dubs of 1-3 and Bandai dub of 4 + Manga dub of 4 as an extra. Bandai never commissioned new dubs for 1-3.

There only exists a Manga dub of OVA 1-3. Bandai Visual commissioned a new dub of OVA 4 because the Manga dub didn't use the original music and effect stems.

The UHD early bird price is €89.99 on the French store. Unfortunately they only ship the set to French speaking countries. Would've jumped on it if they shipped to Pays-Bas.

Chances are very slim that AL would release another Ultimate Edition for the 4K, though they would likely not miss an opportunity to sell another collector's edition digipack or steelbook with SRP of £40-£50. The upcoming Dutch Blu-ray is just a regular non-4K disc that retails for £15.
