Zero wont be licenced until all the problems with the Macross copyrights and such are sorted out between Big West, Bandai, Tatsunoko and Harmony Gold which will not happen for a good while yet.
Last i heard the outstanding law suits and such would not even reach their next stage until the end...

ADV have a policy of licening any manga that goes with their anime properties but their manga division is in a shambles atm so they probably have the licence but havent announced it becasue they cant release it yet
Well in general id normally advise anyone to watch Macross and Mospeada, and maybe Southern Cross if they have time, instead of Robotech but as i didnt want to seem like a rabid Macross Fanboy :P
Someone tried something similar a few years back, he was a tour chaser and general music nut who lost his job, house and wife becasue of being away following one of those big package tour then tried to sue the organiser of the tour and the RIAA for fueling his obsession and ruining his life...
And its the same for the OVA's and Tv series aswell, Patlabor was never a mecha show, it was always a cop show with mecha in it.

Agreed, it could be a very bad sign for AMV's in general. This is really one of those wait and see issue's we just have to hope that other labels aren't as uptight about AMV's and that this will be an isolated incident.
Wallace and Gromit will win the Oscar theres no doubt about it but it would be nice to see an Anime movie nominated, I'd say Corpse Bride and Madagascar will be the other two though :roll:
Been playing Gungrave OD (way too much) of late, great game, mindless arcade style shooters just never get old, especially when they're so well done :P
Funny thing on tuesday i turned on rapture about 7 or so to set the reminder for FMA but then turned off the TV to watch a DVD with a friend, when the disk ended at about 8;10 i turned back on the DVD seconds before FMA started :D
And now i have to wait another week for ep two :P
Changing the op doesnt make it a new season, it just means they want to make more money from single sales, FMA only had one season but the end of ep 25 was an kind of midway interlude, hence the show contiuning over the credits like it does in the finale of alot of shows and there was a one week...
Sky Blue has the Korean soundtrack on it, putting it on it was one of the reasons for the delay, and even though i havent had a chance to see them yet im told the extras and really cool, still think they should have let it as Wonderful Days though :?

I finally got the R1 Escaflowne perfect collection and the 3 disk ulitmate edition last week and got free copies of Texnolyze vol.1 and Trigun vol.1 yesterday :D
