If I order Escaflowne from Anime Limited directly and it arrives damaged. Will Anime Limited have to replace the whole set or just the damaged parts?
I was going to ask for a replacement from Amazon UK but what if that arrives damaged as well.

Yeah, after a bit of back and forth, they keep saying it's out of stock so a 50% refund is all they're offering. Do I drop you a line on facebook or were you referring to Escaflowne?
My Escaflowne still hasn't shipped from Amazon while others have said Amazon posted theirs a few days ago.
Also my Outlaw Star arrived a little damaged from Zavvi, but they're only offering a 50% refund instead of a replacement. Is that normal for Zavvi?
Despite being listed as a Funimation UK title, I hope Snow White gets the collector's edition treatment. The license was acquired before the Funimation deal.

Sadly, I'm not going for this deal. Being in Australia, I have to pay 25 pounds for shipping which offsets the deal. I wish they'd cancel or at least reduce the shipping cost when they did these deals otherwise I'd go for them.
I read somewhere that there was a plan to release Erased as a complete collection, but Aniplex put their foot down and said that future releases have to have the same episode count as the US. Is there any truth to this or did I just imagine it?
