Still waiting on my GL set as I'm in Australia. Customs will probably open the package as it is not regular dvd size. Wonder if they find a detached disc tray, they'll think they broke it?

How did Anime Limited get the Blu ray rights when Manga has the DVD? Aren't they a package deal?

Going back to Gurren Lagann quickly and the video errors, I can't help, but wonder if this was deleberate on the part of Aniplex. SAO all over again as we know the US versions did not have these problems. I think it's time to ask Aniplex about this. Are they trying to make oversea's release...

What a pain. Given the high price, you'd think that would be the one release that would be flawless. Out of synch audio is the only one that really bothers me, but darn. A lot of people aren't going to be happy the hard subs overlay the Japanese text.

Fantastic to see that back in the UK and on Blu ray no less. I have the US edition, but it's still sealed on my shelf so I'll probably pass it on and get the blu ray.

So are they coming unstuck because the disc holders are more rigid and stiff then the digipack card so when the card bends slightly; the holders don't bend with it causing them to become unstuck? I think I remember AL saying the new Bebop disc 1 would still say episodes 1-6 in the new batch.
