Could someone at Anime Limited please tell me if the replacement disc for Escaflowne Ultimate Edition are still being fulfilled? My friend in the UK have received his replacement disc a week ago. I have received nothing yet, not even an email update on the process.

I'm actualy a tad mad, that it was not revealed sooner the movies would be in the Eden Of The East box. Had I known I would have pre-ordered the Early Bird Special!

I have not bought Eden Of The East, not even the Manga ent release. I like Anime Limited's Eden Of The East box alot, but the spine art leaves much to be desired. I like it when AL drops the logo and keep it simple with title only, like they did with Baccano for example.

Yikes! I didn't know they were that hard to deal with when canceling. I never tried to cancel from zavvi. I have bought one on BD from zavvi on ebay, and I have one pre-order with them since they got the Perfect Blue BD steelbook. That's about it.
