Yes. IIRC the OVA is the sort of crappy OVA you sometimes get after a series has finished and a company thinks it can make some more cash by churning out a few more episodes. Doesn't really add anything, but you get to see the characters again. Like the Uta~Kata OVA, or the FMA movie...
