I've just read over at ANN that the director hates the original manga and will some how save the kids in the end in some undisclosed way rather than having them all end up dead. I was wondering why the anime was becoming less dark when compared to the original manga and now I know why.

I've just cancelled my order for Highlander after reading that the US release (and probably our release too) is the US cut with about 7-8 missing scenes that are in the Japanese version but has an extended opening to explain stuff that the Japanese version doesn't have. I hate when stuff like...

A 2nd Bleach movie has been announced for release in Japan in December. Bleach: Memories of Nobody, the 1st movie, has a DVD release date in September so that's along wait for everyone waiting to see it fansubbed (like my brother).

Gundam Seed's time line is CE (Cosmic Era) not AD. Technically UC ends with Turn A Gundam which is set in the far future of the UC timeline. Turn A is still my fave Gundam, I'm looking forward to 00 trying to knock that off my top spot.

A new Gundam anime named 00 (pronounced double oh like 007) will start airing in Japan in Ocotober after the end of Toward the Terra. The character designs look very much like they're by the creator of Loveless (still has to be confirmed) and aimed to get more female veiwers like Gundam Wing.
