Quite a lot of the CR stuff we can't see is old ADV series. Some of them can be seen on TheAnimeNetwork's website. But we get a really raw deal there with just 36% of the shows being UK viewable :(

Passing off bootleg DVDs as the genuine article is an offence, as the article correctly states they were guilty under the trade marks act.
The vast majority of unlicensed goods are not in breach as they do not use trade marked logos, designs etc..
