It's not a legal requirement to get it rated for streaming, Netflix and Amazon self report badly. Netflix have previously submitted age ratings for content significantly lower than already existing home video ratings. They originally rated all of Quintessential Quintuplets as PG despite some episodes having already been rated as 15s, that listing has since been ammended.
