Is that a standard or a Collector's? Collector's Editions haven't shipped yet.

(I'm currently waiting on an update on the Collector's Edition as it ran into a major print error at our supplier so we're waiting to hear what the impact of this might be)

Standard, luckily I just got a response from your customer support, they say it should be with me tomorrow.

As you've alluded to, we don't have the size or scale to replicate the kind of things that Amazon can do (but we're also not small enough to be able to tend to every order manually by hand either!)

Fair enough i suppose. Still with no free shipping threshold this year this will make my purchases even more somewhat limited now.

Maybe i can counter some of the addition shipping costs if a few titles i want happen to be with the buy one get one free which can somewhat reduce my overall expenses. I need to check which titles i want the most or are the risk of becoming OOP.

It's not out till the 15th of December so you get it will on or after the release date.

AL France sent an email apologising for some of the Diebuster CE stock going out to people despite there being an issue.

Dear animation fans and customers,

Hello,
We are contacting you today because, due to an error during the production of the Diebuster Collector's Edition Blu-ray sets, the English and French booklets were switched.

We became aware of this error during the final check of the sets and have had all copies returned for proper repackaging.

However, thanks to the efficiency of our new logistics system, a few sets were sent to a handful of our e-commerce customers. These customers will keep the English booklet and will receive the French booklet in the coming weeks. There is no need to contact our customer service department; the shipments will be sent automatically.

Due to the repackaging of the Diebuster Collector's Edition Blu-ray sets, the release will be postponed until January. The final date is not yet set; we will inform you shortly via our newsletter and on our social media channels.

We sincerely apologize for this error.

At least we now have a reason for the delay though expect the date of the UK release to slip again.
 
Does anyone know whether the Undead Unluck BD set will be a clone of the Viz release or an Anime Limited encode. I hate Viz's subtitles, so I'd be happy to buy the AL release for easier to read subtitles. If it will be a clone of the Viz release, though, then there's no point.
 
I'm watching the blu-ray of diebuster right now (standard edition). Enjoying it but after episode 5 wondering how did it pass a cert 12 rating and not 15? I'm fine that the bbfc seem to have accepted the idea it's ok for 12 year olds to see breasts (albeit anime ones and it's not as if girls don't know they have them but as usual censorship policies are commonly reflected towards male attitudes) but how did an attempted S.A scene pass at cert 12, particularly as I thought after metoo the bbfc changed there policies with regards to the age appropriateness in that area?

That's because it was rated in 2008, as none of the content of the episodes has been altered it did not require being recertified. It would have needed to be reclassified if an English dub was added to this release.

You are right in saying under the modern guidelines it would probably be a 15s though.

If there is a 30% code it won't be announced until after the sale goes live, as it requires you to find letters hidden in the product pages on their website.
