About Vynith

Hey I'm Jamie Henry Brown and I've been on the carnivore diet for over 5 years now.

To say carnivore has changed my life would be a severe understatement.

It's literally cured me from depression and anxiety and has given me boundless energy.

One thing I realised was once your health gets fixed is that you immediately want to go to the gym.

You finally have the energy for it.

So that brings me to my new venture Vynith.

So essentially Vynith is going to be primarily a gym vest company selling high quality gym vests.

But a secondarily goal is to spread the carnivore diet to more people who need to hear of its benefits.

How many people are suffering with so called permanent diseases?

Type 2 diabetes, arthritis, celiac disease and so on.

It doesn't have to be this way.

Really most modern diseases are caused by systemic inflammation due to carbohydrates, plants and seed oils.

This causes the randle cycle to be constantly activated which is how it actually causes the inflammation.

Once you go down this rabbit hole you don't ever come back the same because you realise the sheer scale of damage done by the big food companies.

Their business model is:

Get people sick -> sell them the solution in the form of a pill.

That's why they hate us carnivore dieters because we permanently fix our issues.

"A patient cured is a customer lost".

That's their motto essentially.

But back to Vynith.

I chose that name because well the honest truth is I wanted Zenith but the domain name and socials were already taken.

If I can sell gym vests and help people reverse diseases I think I can have a measurable impact on the world.

It gives me purpose.
