Yikes, that's a big shame. Not doing VAT for EU customers was already a "big" blow in my opinion compared to other retailers doing VAT (both big and small). Seems like the Embracer Group cuts is really digging deep. 😬Might be thinking twice before going with a Mystery Box or smaller orders...
If they're region-locked (most likely the case), then a different release was put together (presumably from the same source material). The UK party probably forgot to include subtitles then for episode 4 on the UK version.
From what I've read before, it's very dependent on the anime licensee. E.g. AniPlex' licensed titles are known to only get "collector's"/limited editions with higher pricing, sadly.

My Christmas Order is slowly being dispatched, FedEx mail received for both boxes. Order is not fulfilled yet according to ATA, only the shipping labels are ready.

Still my (international) order of December 4th (Eva Collector's Edition box + both a green and red Christmas Mystery Box, all are still in stock AFAIK) is not fulfilled.
Glad to see them having resumed shipping orders earlier than initially planned (the 3rd instead of the 4th of January), but...
Last time I checked, the Christmas boxes themselves could even still be ordered too although it's hidden from public view (still be ordered as in: it was still able to put in the cart, no "out of stock" status).

Yeahhhh, as people mentioned it earlier: this year's shipping scheduling was rubbish. I did notice "deprioritisation" in a previous order (ordered earlier than a friend of mine in Wales --> got it shipped two days later IIRC, despite being the same Blu-Ray pre-order) for international orders...
4th December order to the Netherlands hasn't shipped either yet - from what I've seen UK (and Ireland?) orders were sent at a decent pace, but none of the international orders have shipped at all.
