The Diebuster CE won't be out until next month due to it being assembled incorrectly, the sets allocated for French release have the English booklet inserted and visa versa and they need to be swapped over.

The steelbook is usually clean or only has the English on it to reduce the amount of variants. Much cheaper per unit getting 10k done in one production run for all the regions than 10 runs of 1k each.
