@SkwigglesWorth thanks for that :) I did write a message on the order page, and got a reply saying, I shouldn't have anything to worry as there have been a few technical problems.
Probably worth message them to find out exacltly what the error is, unless its a card issue problem (but sounds like a compatibilty issue with you and there system of sorts)...
