Gonna be real, not a fan of this. I'd appreciate it if the shop goes after this pro-actively themselves, instead of having the customers have to go after their own money.

I feel maybe where they are going wrong is in neglecting to decorate the boxes they ship the products in - just think how much anguish could have been spared if they had done...
