I would assume so givem the FDA, there are posters up at my local Cineworld that just say "Coming Soon", although Cineworld have posted a blog about February releases and it's included huh lol this seems to be removed. Guess that'll be March then. We'll know for sure later today when next...
Seems to be a CR sale(clearance?) happening on multiple stores.

I get that, I understand why Cineworld (and other companies) pass over the films and why Anime Limited can't do much about it - but the end result is still the same, no releases. It is incredibly frustrating as someone that has no choice of local cinema and the refusal to work together has...
From what I interpreted from Andrew Partridge, Cineworld have stopped getting films from as many distributors because of their administration, of which AL was a casualty. Whether this is true or not I'm not sure - from the top of my head they exited administration in 2023 and the last film shown...
This is quite frankly not my issue to solve. I have supported every AL release that showed here since lockdown, contacted cinemas, and AL won't even respond to questions about their holes in releases. Now we've lost vue, there's no other choice than Cineworld for 50 miles. I know it is partly...
This is true and causing havoc for Royal Mail (my order has been sitting in the local mail centre for nearly a week now because of the snow related backlog...) but the orders are despatched from South England - and the bad weather only really impacted north of Dundee
My order from just after midnight on the 2nd has just shipped. Unsure when it'll get here due to adverse weather conditions but it's nice to have it on the way.
I ordered 3 CEs, 2 Stocking Fillers and 2 BOGOF items at 00:27 on 2/12 that hasn't shipped. Not needed for Christmas but I'm warming up to the fact that it adds to the backlog and I don't really need the entire order 😆
It's been a bad year for me and Cineworld, I have been cheating on it quite often because they don't show Anime Limited releases anymore! I'm trying to go for 80 films this in the cinema this year but I'm only at 66 so it's looking unlikely. Although, with the Vue shutting down here next month...
The membership is a good strategy, the Cameo would be my nearest picturehouse - not that it is particularly close at over three hours away lol. They do have good deals on memberships but nothing really beats unlimited. £12.99 a month and 35 films with unlimited this year, I've been slacking.
It's pretty ridiculous in Edinburgh at this point. I think I costed out that three days in London (including BA flights) were cheaper than trains to Edinburgh and an equivalent hotel. Plus the additional cinema costs over Glasgow, I like the Cameo but not £12 a ticket like.
The "Robots in London" Strand (working title) was also by Kambole Campbell, which was better - although any festival strand showing Promare will get my approval.
I really liked this year's festival - I didn't have much of an opinion either way going in to it but I thought the competition films...
