Sorry bad weekend But surely if someone has ordered something and thej they get a despatch confirmation for it,then they would expect to get it?or email before despatch stating it was out of stock?

Do @MVM normally split orders into 2 parcels?order 5 from the site on 24th and i got despatch on the 1st,near a week after ordering and today go a delivery but only 3 in the box?,i have emailed about it just now but not sure how they operate as i normally just order 1 or 2 and not 5
