Hope i dont get an email saying some parts are oos and cant get anymore,like gurrenn lagann etc as placed it early enough and others have had christmas orders shipped after i placed this order,that would tip me over,should be done via date orderd but seems its just randomised

Last years wasnt to bad to be fair Sure i had near all orders before christmas This year they have totally messed it up,stuff like this will just keep people away knowing they have to wait 7+ weeks or cancelling items if they think about christmas presents

They already have said in december that pre orders were taking priority over chrismas sales,hence i put above about having releases in december while a sale what they cant fulfill is taking place

Yeh that was the point i was making ,so they have a pile for uk order and u.s orders it seems,but prioritising u.s orders,as the list is smaller,great

Im thinking of doing the same 3 orders totalling £400 and still nothing,ive been ordering from them for near on 9 years now and this is the worst,then again since the takeover they have one of the worst customer services ive come across,big name releases at christmas aswell all at the same time...

How come people who order overseas have had their parcels and yet i made an order 6 weeks ago and not even despatched?abit weird your doing people overseas first tbh
