It's clearly a cel of Atelier Musa origin who primarily as a studio work on Backgrounds etc. In the cel era they worked alot with Sunrise OVAs etc along with other studios. It's kinda hard to narrow it down further without just guessing since I reckon this might be a throwaway scene rather...

Anime Limited spine art now ruining non anime films too I see. For a company that has no actual part in the making of Anime and these films they sure seem to think their logo should take precedence over the actual products. I will never not hate that.

Have you ever wondered why Anime Limited don't release some sports anime, especially football shows? They're a UK based company and while the shows might not sell as well stateside here they'd probably do decent numbers. Really surprises me how they've never tried one. Hell a few even have...
