Can someone please help me who do I talk to help me get yugioh DVD boxsets sold in the UK they are being sold in America, japan and over places but not the UK please help
 
Well if you want to buy them they are available on Amazon or sites like United Publications.

If you want a UK company to release them you contact the UK Anime Companies to say you'd like to see them released, registering your interest and showing it'd be a popular title is mostly all you can do, it may be however that the rights are tied up and they can't touch the series, that or they feel it's not popular enough to warrant a dedicated UK release.
