Ughh... I thought this was going to happen. With so much content to adapt from this arc, it's no wonder this episode felt rushed.

Yeah... bad idea, never trust someone so hyperactive to cut your hair.

YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of This World Episode 6
Best episode yet. The way Takuya fooled both Toyotomi and Kaori, before turning the tables against them was pure genius.
 
Mobile Fighter G Gundam - Episodes 47 - 49 [Final] (Blu-ray)

This is my third watch of G Gundam and it's been 13 years since I first watched it and it's just as good now as it was first time round, a fantastic show,
 
Finished season 1 of The Heroic Legend of Arslan and watched the first 2 episodes of season 2. Some of the twists at the start of season 2 were very unexpected. Looking forward to seeing where it leads!
 
I swore I posted this earlier, but I came back and saw it in the box. Weirdly only half of it had saved though.

Waterworld is a lot different from what I remember of it.

AFTERLOST ep 4
I feel I'm stuck in a loop of "WTF is going on" to "that's intriguing" and back round again.

Fairy Gone ep 4
I'm getting the same feeling from this as AFTERLOST, although I think I know what the endgame is for that. I not sure what the overall plot of this is going to be.

One Punch Man s2 e5
The martial arts tournament seems to only be there to keep Saitama and Genos out of the way while it all goes to pot in the outside world. I guess they'll then turn up and save the day later. Seems like lazy writing to me.

YU-NO ep 6
Didn't see the twist coming, although thinking about it maybe I should have!
It be interesting to see how the events unfold after going back to the beginning .
 
Finished season 2 of Heroic Legend of Arslan. A nice set of episodesbut way too short. You feel things are just getting going and then there isn't any more. Hope it gets a season 3 one day. Dunno how likely that is.

Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feel(Sub)- Quite enjoyed this and held my interest through out.
Not perfect ,but a solid and very strong 8/10 from me.Looking forward to the next one.
 
Gall Force 3: Stardust War (1988)

Gee whiz, there was no need for that to be an hour long. It's watchable enough, but roughly three quarters of the film is made up of talking heads and what they're saying isn't that desperately interesting by this stage; there's no real character development and the potentially interesting speculation on mutually assured destruction isn't enough to carry the film on its own. Stardust War does come alive in its final reel and provides a decent conclusion to the initial Gall Force trilogy, but it's painfully obvious that there were roughly 30 minutes of content here that should have formed one film along with Destruction.

Not having previously paid too much attention to the release dates though, it did surprise me a little that the upcoming Rhea Gall Force was teased in the end card.

I do like that this isn't just a generic harem isekai at least. There's a clear romantic interest and all. And it's still entertaining and all.

Rising of the Shield Hero ep 18
The combat in this series is hilariously bad sometimes. Why thank you for pausing right in the middle of the battle to let us talk for 20 seconds! Also, for allowing us to retreat without apparent retaliation from being right next to all your fighters for a surprise attack! That's basically hangover from the LN though.
