Fairy Tail: Final Season episode 320 Just like starting over.

Happiness! episodes 7-12/OVA (Complete. An LN adaptation that felt a bit trope heavy and lacked enough originality or uniqueness to leave much impact on me as a viewer. A pretty average to okay series overall, didn’t really provide that much happiness either.) 3/5

To Kill with Intrigue (Film) A decent martial arts film and an early outing for Jackie Chan. It had some nice set pieces and colourful imagery. The highlight for me was masked martial artists emerging from coffins, weird but welcome. 3.5/5

Demon Slayer ep 18
Seemed like nothing but action. So another episode where they didn't mix it up a bit, at least an action heavy episode is better than that "comedy" heavy one! I'll have to watch again though as I kept nodding off (a poor nights sleep and a 9 hour shift don't mix).

Lord El-Melloi II ep 5
Another case solved, but the exposition came thick and fast so a little hard to understand exactly what happened! Also the first mention of what Rail Zeppelin from the shows title is.

Vinland Saga ep 5
Oooh an anime original episode. The writing was pretty good and flowed pretty nicely with what's happened and what's to come. I wonder if we'll get more or we'll proceed with the time skip.

This is pretty damn good so far.
 
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations episode 119 Wasn’t as impressed this week, still hoping the arc pulls through.

Vinland Saga episode 5 Visually pleasing with some effective emotional moments.

Macross Frontier Movie: The False Songstress and The Wings of Goodbye - Movie reinterpretations of the TV series (kinda similar to Do You Remember Love). While it is still great Macross fun it doesn't quite match up to the TV version with the story structure being kinda weaker than the series and a Macross Zero style ending that doesn't really fit the tone of Frontier. Overall a step down from the TV version but still entertaining with new songs and improved battle and performance scenes due to being a movie production. 8/10

Nichijou eps 10-12
I might put this on hold for a bit. There's more misses than hits on the comedy. I'm liking the school girl trio more than the other one and I think it might have been better to concentrate on one of these trios and make it a 1 cour as well, you could still have cameos from the others as they have already done with them wondering through the background of a scene. As it is I don't feel too connected to any of the characters.

Now this funny. The main 3 are pretty similar in character to the 3 in Nichijou, but there's something different in the comedy that makes it better that I can't put my finger on. It's still high school girls doing random silly stuff, but maybe a little less random and a little more grown up than Nichijou.
