Two new forums (Creative and Gamers)

With the forums growing every month, we've decided to expand the line up with two new boards.

Based on their frequency of discussion in Random Chit-Chat, I have created a seperate board for the discussion of (mostly video) games and another board to showcase your creative talents- be they drawing manga-influenced artwork or the writing fanfics and poems.

Fingers crossed, hopefully they will prove successful! :) Of course, it would be cool if we could give these new boards a decent start and fill them with new and interesting topics (*hint* we are always on the look out for new Community Captains! *end hint*)!

Post below if you have any comments on these additions or if you feel we've missed a topic that needs a seperate board. Next on our list is a "Buy, Sell and Auction" board but this may have to wait until we see a litle more activity.
 
Great idea, i had been thinking especially with the amount of activity on the 'Artwork?' (this another one that should be moved to the creative forum if you havn't already) topic and other ones of the like that a creative forum would be a good idea
 
I just noticed there were two new boards. It does seem like a good idea to have seperate boards for video game and creative stuff, makes finding stuff related to them easier :D
 
Yeah, that was an excellent idea especially the video-games thread as there were so many topics on video games its nice that they have there own section now.
 
i think this was a good idea, the amount of video game topics that where in the random chit-chat board was a lot, now they are on the gamers board, its much more easier to find all the topics, and the creative board is good too(though i don't draw as much as i used to). i can't say that i knnow of any other boards that could be good to have, except maybe one dedicated to films and movies, because there is a fair share of them now.
 
About time video games gets a board to itself, since I tend to buy more games than anime. :wink:

The creative board is a good idea too - for those of us who love to draw!

Hopefully, we'll see more diverse sections in the future.

Excellent its good to see this place growing. I do love gaming so the sight of a new games board warms the cockles of my heart.
 
Love the new boards nice to have a place for them. Its also nice to see that the forum has this many people now that we need them. keep up the good work.
 
Nice to see the site expanding, just noticed new boreds, they must be stealth or sumin cos I didnt notice them till U mentioned thyem lol, looking good, keep up the good work 8)
