Does anyone know what this anime is?

The one that's to the left of Lina Inverse has been bugging me a lot, I've been trying to track down what show it is, but so far I've been unsuccessful, all I know is that it's from the early to mid 90's and is most likely a fantasy show of sorts (possibly magical girl). Has anyone got any ideas?

A search seems to suggest that's Allenby Beardsley from G-Gundam.

Yep that's the one. In which case I was waaay off the mark with my guessing, I've not bothered with any Gundam so I think this might be a good time for me to check it out. Thanks a bunch man!

Kinda looks like Roux Louka from Gundam ZZ but I don't remember the animation quality looking that good...

Edit: It is. Art from some sort of card thing rather than the show itself.
