Childrens Cosplay Ideas

Really needing fairly cheap, children's cosplay ideas for when I go to conventions. I'm thinking of going as Mitsukuni Haninozuka from Ouran High School, but that seems kind of expensive.
Any suggestions?
Height=150cm tall
Blond hair
Large blue eyes
 
Edward Elric strikes me as the natural choice, even though you're actually taller than him :lol: I don't know much about cosplay though, so I have no idea how much stuff like the pocket watch or the coat would cost.

Worse comes to worse, get a load of cardboard boxes, paint them and go as L-block from Tetris.

Yeah I guess Edward Elric would be a good idea. Any others?
 
Apart from Edward, the other 'short' blonde male characters I think of are

Alois Trancy (Black Butler)
Armin Arlert (Attack on Titan)
Nagisa Hazuki (Free!)
