Geneon are set to release their highly anticipated (CG-heavy) Appleseed movie to limited US cinemas on January 14 2005.
According to the Geneon CEO Yosuke Kobayashi "The animation style is like none other, and anime gurus, curious fans and general audiences will be attracted to this amazing sci-fi adventure."
In related news, AWN are reporting that Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence has taken another $17,199 from the US box office, forcing it's total US box office income up to a respectable $893,403.
