The committee promises to bring yet another amazing con for the UK anime convention goer.</p><p><a href="http://www.amecon.org">http://www.amecon.org</a></p><p></p><p><strong>Tokonatsu [August 3rd-5th - Woburn - <span style="color: red">England</span>]</strong></p><p>Otherwise known as Wildercon because the whole convention is in the great outdoors! Yes tents and campfires are commonplace if you join the most unique con in the UK.</p><p><a href="http://www.tokonatsu.org.uk/">http://www.tokonatsu.org.uk/</a></p><p></p><p><strong>Tomo-Dachi [August 24th - 26th - Londonderry - <span style="color: red">N.Ireland</span>]</strong></p><p>Ireland's largest convention is back for a third year and promises to be bigger and better than ever before. Mike Mc Farland will be the Conventions GoH.</p><p><a href="http://www.tomo-dachi.com">http://www.tomo-dachi.com</a></p><p></p><p><strong>Alcon [7th-9th September - Leicester - <span style="color: red">England</span>]</strong></p><p>The UK's new budding convention is due to make its first outing in 2007. Based around the Anime League forums it is the perfect place to meet your online friends!</p><p><a href="http://www.alcon.org.uk/">http://www.alcon.org.uk/</a></p><p></p><p><strong>Fuyucon [October 19th-21st - Nottingham - <span style="color: red">England</span>]</strong></p><p>No this isn’t all about Robin Hood! Fuyucon based in Nottingham is having its first even event this year. Make sure to go out and support them!</p><p><a href="http://www.fuyucon.org/">http://www.fuyucon.org/</a></p><p></p><p><strong>Eirtakon [November 23rd-25th - Dublin - <span style="color: red">ROI</span>]</strong></p><p>Eirtakon is the Republic's largest Anime convention, running for the third time since 2005. Following a successful event in February 2007, eirtakon will be back in The Hub, DCU this November.
