i showed them that as well there just being stubborn but could you say without a doubt its a fake figure

i got it off ebay it didnt come with a box i know its not real but its what they asked for now i just need to find out how to upload the pics

i need a third party to confirm my figure is fake so i can get my money back can anyone on here help me thanks in advance
